Senior Construction Manager
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale federal or industrial construction programs, including multi-site execution
- Direct experience delivering construction projects for U.S. federal agencies (DHS, GSA, DOE, CBP, DoD, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal construction compliance requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute construction strategies across multiple active sites simultaneously
- Demonstrated expertise integrating engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) workflows
- Extensive experience managing subcontractors, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and change management
- Strong financial management skills, including budgets, cost-to-complete, cash flow, and schedule control
- Proven leadership in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all field operations
- Excellent federal client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% based on project and site requirements
