Radiation Portal Monitor Site Manager
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Radiation Portal Monitoring (RPM) system deployment and installation
- Direct experience with RPM systems from Leidos, Smiths Detection, and Rapiscan Systems
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end RPM lifecycle (design, construction, installation, commissioning, maintenance)
- Proven ability to manage multiple RPM deployment projects simultaneously
- Experience working in high-security, government-regulated environments (DHS, DoD, DoE, CBP, ports)
- Strong technical leadership for RPM lane design and installation guidance
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills across technical and operational teams
- Experience in field-based technical environments, including logistics and issue resolution
- Solid project management skills, including budgets, schedules, and resource coordination
- Willingness to travel up to 25% with flexibility based on project needs
