Kathy Yurkunas
Kathy Yurkunas has fifteen plus years experience working with K2 in project management and project controls, which reflects specialized experience in project scheduling, cost/schedule management systems, and development of work-around solutions to mitigate project impacts and avoid claims. She has extensive, successful scheduling and software engineering experience with government contract construction projects and with government contract claims in such sensitive and highly-regulated settings as airports, light rail installations, prisons, and waste water treatment plants, as well as other institutional settings.
