Bruce Neiswender
Bruce Neiswender has twenty plus years experience in project management and project controls and five years in estimating and field engineering. As a senior scheduler and project controls consultant, he has specialized experience in cost/schedule management systems, project scheduling, and claims avoidance. His recent responsibilities include creating schedules and updates with large CPM networks. On construction claims, his work has included preparing as-built networks, delay analyses, and damage calculations. His projects include airports, FAR regulated government projects, and university facilities. He has prepared and updated master schedules containing over one hundred (100) projects on major capital improvement programs. His work has taken him to project sites across North American and the Caribbean.
Mr. Neiswender is expertly skilled in CPM Scheduling for conceptual designs for large CIP Programs; pre-bid construction scheduling and feasibility analysis; and Critical Path Method (CPM) construction schedule preparation and updating. He is highly proficient in evaluating and preparing construction claims and expertly knowledgeable in the uses of project delay analysis; labor productivity and cost analyses; and Change Order time and cost impacts. In addition he has demonstrated ability to provide highly effective project management and controls training.
Prior to joining K2, Mr. Neiswender worked for a large mechanical contractor on industrial power projects performing various estimating, field engineering, and project management duties. His experience preparing and implementing complex commissioning schedules for industrial and power facilities is especially relevant to his current work.
