Paul Krogh

Paul Krogh has twenty-five plus years of project management and project controls experience, demonstrating extensive expertise and results in project scheduling, cost/schedule management systems, estimating and claims. His projects include airports, government projects, hotels, hospitals, prisons, office buildings, residential buildings, industrial facilities, water facilities, roads and sports venues. This work has involved creating CPM baseline schedules and updates for projects of all sizes and types. In addition, he has consulted with contractors and owners on budgeting process, cost allocation and performance measurement. On projects with construction claim issues, his work has included schedule delay and impact analysis, performed both during the course of a project and after completion. Other assignments have included acceleration analysis, labor productivity analysis, and extended cost damage calculations. The results of Mr. Krogh’s work have been presented in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court. These services have been provided to all participants in the construction process from governments to private owners, general contractors, and specialty contractors.

He is recognized by the A.A.C.E. as a Certified Cost Consultant and by PMI as a Project Management Professional. These professional designations affirm his expertise in project management, planning and scheduling, estimating and cost analysis.
